Barbecue smoked on huge outdoor pits. Walk up and pick your favorite cuts of sausage, chicken, ribs, sirloin steak, cabrito, ribs or brisket. Pay by the pound when you walk into the dining room. Sides are potato salad, cole slaw, dill pickles, and cobblers. "Serve yourself" soft drinks, ice tea, pinto beans, sliced onions and extra sauce are at each end of the dining room. <P> Dining room has huge picnic tables with rolls of paper towels for napkins and sliced white bread in the plastic bags (for sopping up the pinto bean gravy, of course).<P> Don't be surprised if you see a celebrity sneak in - this place draws people from all over.
