This upscale Middle Eastern restaurant is located at the Easton Town Center. Café Istanbul's menu is varied and features plenty of fish and seafood selections including salt-encrusted Striped Bass, Sea Bass or Tilapia served flambé tableside (must be ordered 24 hours in advance) in addition to traditional lamb and kebobs marinated in housemade special spices and prepared on an open grill.
