The earlier incarnation of The Vault was a high-end restaurant, which went through four different themes before it closed in November, 2003. This new version, which opened almost exactly a year later, is much more casual. The menu runs from bar food, including sandwiches and burgers, to more eclectic offerings, such as shrimp shu mai. The bar area has two large screen televison sets.
