Tigre’s Fine Dining, a restaurant family started origially in Pass Christian, opened in early 2005, offering food prepared by chefs Thomas Genin and Victor Pickich, who boast training by Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, and a wine list with many boutique wines from all over the world as well as various wines from popular wineries in California, Oregon and Washington. The wine bar offers over 50 wines by the half glass, full glass, and by the bottle. Accoding to the web site, "we would love for everyone to come try an evening of wine or drinks, Smoked Gouda Macaroni, Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Sea Scallops, and Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin." Tigre’s Fine Dining is open Monday through Saturday nightly from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00p.m., closed on Sundays.
