Offers just one fixed price, four course menu which changes daily to show off best produce available on that day. Superb organic wine list. Atmosphere laid back and leisurely; dinner begins with aperitifs at 7.30 (for 8pm); proceeds, slowly, through four courses; and finishes with coffee, served at around 10.15pm. Child-free zone. No music. Six tables only; maximum group size 4.
