The fringe restaurant is a contemporary restaurant and cocktail lounge situated in the heart of Brighton’s popular North Laine area. The place is ideal for everything from intimate dinners through to business lunches or large evening parties. The Fringe Restaurant serves a mix of classic British, French and Italian rustic cuisine. All food is freshly prepared on the premises and, wherever possible, sourced from local suppliers. The main a la carte menu changes daily according to seasonal availability, weather and head chef Oliver Newton’s mood. You will always find a stunning selection of meat, vegetarian and fish dishes. In addition with a dessert menu to die for the Fringe caters for a myriad of tastes The drinks menu is an integral part of the overall fringe experience. With drinks that are designed to be enjoyed before and after dinner these are bespoke creations unlike any other. Rare and wonderful ingredients mix with homemade infusions, fresh seasonal fruit, sorbets, granitas, herbs, spices and the finest in premium and super premium spirits to produce a true cocktail experience. Although the menu is designed around a dining experience the fringe is also the perfect place to just pop in for when only a superbly crafted cocktail will do.
