Normaly if you step into a clinic/hospital, the atmosphere is very cold. Because of the size of the restaurant, you won't feel that atmosphere. All the menus are prepared without any preservation ingredients and also everything is without sugar and white flour. The restaurant offers also fresh juices (orange, grape and carrot). The used products for the menues are mostly biological and some fit the 'v-label' (See: <a href="http://www.ivu.org/evu">http://www.ivu.org/evu</a>).
