One World Café is Nova Scotia's first International café, and is located near the Commons Park in the heart of Halifax's culturally diverse North End. Free wireless internet, tutoring services for ESL students, and great coffee. Cozy and friendly, this is an ideal place to study or to hold a group meeting and discuss ideas. There are two nights of music each week, and everyone is welcome to share their talents at the Wednesday night "One World Stage". Ginger-lemon tea is always hot and ready to drink, and only fairly-traded organic coffee beans are used for brewing a good strong cup. Our lunch specials include Japanese, Trinidadian, and South Asian food. They are healthy vegetarian treats that allow a sampling of traditional meals from around the world. Enjoy the cozy atmoshphere with some Roti or Maki Sushi.
