Newcomers to the coffee scene in Victoria these folks take their coffee very seriously indeed - they roast their own beans at their roasting plant in Duncan (north of Victoria). Their cafes are bright and inviting and their baristas are a cut above the ordinary. They serve soups, sandwiches and pastries as well as - of course - coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice.
