Independently owned restaurant. Menu items are structured around classic Old School French Cooking with a Contemporary Canadian Twist. Prepared by a Red Seal teaching chef and an apprentice chef. They use fresh, and local produce in their main dishes as well as in the preparation of their own homemade, soups, breads, and deserts. They also make their own homemade ice cream. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Main dining room seats about 55 people and Menu items range from about $5 - $18. There is also a private dining room which seats about 25-30 and can be reserved in advance.
