Located near the tomb of Thomas Hayward who signed the Declaration of Independence for South Carolina, this restaurant is located in an area called Old House. Chef Frank Crutchfield learned to cook under Paul Prodhome in New Orleans. The restaurant is nested under 200 year live oaks and on the marsh. Features a New Orleans menu, Smoked NY strip steaks to smoked salmon, all done in house. But not everything is smoked, fresh seafood and eight to ten Specials are run every day, and change daily. Prices range from $9.99-21.99 with a full wine list to go with the food.
