Many traditional Southern U.S. dishes (Grilled Chicken Breast, Hamburger, Country Fried Steak, Grilled Jumbo Shrimp), with a healthy list of Southern vegetables as side dishes (Grilled Squash and Zucchini, Collard Greens, Fried Okra, Corn...). Not much vegetarian food, and almost no vegan food (meaning no animal products at all, including milk, eggs, etc.)
