The menu features “Coastal Creole” cuisine, a combination of Lagasse’s signature “new New Orleans” cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local seafood, produce and farm products. The restaurant’s interior is as rich as the surrounding seascape, and there is a spot for every mood, from the intimate banquets and a semi-private dining room tucked within the wine tower, to the beachside patio dining.
