The small 30 seat dining room is open June 1 until the end of September each evening five until 10 pm daily, on weekends and for special events year round. Classically trained chef/owner Stephen Hunter is well known for his creative use of fresh local ingredients such as organically grown lettuces, herbs and vegetables, sun-ripened fruits and berries, Island lamb and fresh fish and seafood. They offer offer dinner theatre packages in conjunction with Victoria Playhouse, PEI's longest running little theatre.
